About the room: This room is ENORMOUS, measuring at about 30x20 feet it is larger than most studio apartments. The room, complete with fireplace, full closet and sliding glass doors that lead to the back of our complex is a wonderful find! Unfortunately, because the doors only lock from the inside, it is not considered a private entrance. The room stays at an awesome temperature all year, very cool in the summer and comfortable for the winter.

About the apartment: A ground floor unit in a building of 6 apartments, the apartment is carpeted throughout with large living spaces. The unit has a full kitchen with dishwasher, oven and stove. You would share a bathroom with one other roommate. The neighbors are awesome, quiet and friendly. Our landlord is awesome, available instantly if you need her but rarely around. Laundry is on site in a separate room. Just blocks from downtown PA

About the roommates: Mark, 24, is an engineer on the peninsula. He is originally from Colorado where he finished his undergrad at Mines. He also has a masters degree from Stanford. Mark is a huge sports fanatic and enjoys playing golf. Jesse, 28, is a Princeton graduate from the East Coast. He works as an engineer in the East Bay. Jesse enjoys sailing and watching sports as well. These two are without a doubt the best roommates I've ever had the chance to live with, kind, considerate and fun to be around.

About you: Young professional (24-30), social, considerate, friendly. Male or Female. We're looking for a single renter, preferably not a couple. Perhaps someone who enjoys lounging around and watching football and baseball with us on the weekends. No pets please

Rent is $960 a month, the security deposit is $1050. Room is available as of November 7th as this is the day I move out of the country. If you need an earlier move in date, we can work something out.
