Additionally, for NYU students, the NYU Route C bus stops right nearby at 14th st and Ave B and goes directly to 721 Broadway.
My current roommate/your future roommate is polite, friendly, respectful, dependable, young woman, recent NYU graduate. Her bedroom is separated from the living room by a divider; you will need to respect her space, which should be easy with the amount you'll have to yourself!
Move-in Dec 1st, available until May 30th. 1 month's rent deposit and 1st month's rent required up front.
