Kittens that are now 4 weeks old need to find willing care takers when they are 8 wks old they will be homed.Their mothers also need to be adopted. So either with mom now, or adopt them after 8 wks.
Moms are about a 1yr 4mo old, use their boxes and are pretty friendly.
