This product is made of high quality aluminum and is powder coated in a textured black finish inside and out. It has six large holes on each side of the box and two holes on the top, to conveniently run your cables and wires through. With the power strip (not supplied) located inside the box all of the mess can be closed up to conceal all but a small section of the wires that are run from your components to the box holes.

Step1: Disconnect the power.
Step 2: Remove the cover from the box, held on by 4 screws.
Step 3: Place the unit behind the television stand or computer desk. You may find that placing the box in the center of the cables is best for most applications.
Step 4: Place a power strip (not supplied) in the bottom of the box, you can run the cord left or right as needed.
Step 5: Run the component cables into the box holes at the same level as the component on the stand then route them to the tv or computer. You should only need to remove one side of the cable hook up at a time to get the job done quickly and easily.
Step 6: Run all component power cords from the components into the box and plug them into the power strip. Coil the excess wire in the box and secure with wire ties (not supplied) one at a time.
Step 7: Replace the lid and plug in the power strip cord.
Note: If you have a larger end that will not fit in the hole (e.g. old style printer cable) just leave it attached and slip it through an accessible hole, coil it and then tie in the box.
