5-10 minute drive to campus/downtown depending on traffic.
Share with a very clean roommate. She has a cat and is gone a lot as she works.
Big living room and a good-sized kitchen. Big closets.

You do not need to be a student to move in!
$450 rent + utilities = Usually around $510-$520/month.
Hope to hear from you if you need a new place for the spring! There is one kitty living there - but the apartment is kept very clean :)
If you would like to bring a cat or dog, we already paid the pet deposit but if you could pay me the $75 portion - that is what you will be refunded at the end of the lease in May (I paid $150).
