There are also two large kitchens, in the the 4,000 sq ft home, one accomidates two renters, (one long term renter doesn't cook, gets free meals at his two full time jobs), and the other for my wife and me. We have three loving medium sized dogs living in the home and waiting to greet you and make friends. (If you don't love doggies this isn't the place for you.! We don't smoke and require the same from the renters. This is a smoke free zone. (any kind of smoke). It is a quite house with several decks, lots of street parking, new refrigerator, jen air range and huge dining area, 2 kitchens, 2 baths, fenced with gate for security. Close to bus line. First and last months rent required.
Available now month to month (prefer a 6 month agreement of stay). Internet access and all utilities paid. Furnished or unfurnished, some storage area available.
References required Please no heavy drinkers, or smokers, we are very allergic to smoke even if you don't smoke in house.
