Features & Description
Naturally raised Hereford beef cattle, known for top quality beef. We butcher at 18 months when meat is at it's best. Our cattle aren't grained, so the meat is lean with a minimum amount of marbling for great flavor and tenderness$2 per pound hanging weight. Estimated weight for quarter beef is150 lbs, or half 300 lbs. Your custom cut & wrap fee is 52¢. We use Bart Marzolf's Locker Meats in Snohomish
