The Wellington Group has been engaged to find an experienced Analysis professional for a Global Management position. Our client is a world leader in the combination of science and marketing for cutting edge technologies and state of the art electrophysiology.

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and running the day to day analysis for the global scientific teams.

Responsibilities include:
• Responsible for setting up the training/certification programs for the global analysis teams
• Responsible for maintaining the repository of scientific algorithms;
• Work with team of Neuroscientists and interact with business leaders to ascertain client needs / objectives, experimental design, protocol development, data acquisition management, and review

The qualified candidate will have:
• Ph.D. in electrical engineering with emphasis on signal processing is preferred
• Bio-signal analysis (EEG / ERP / fMRI) experience
• Neurophysiological, eye movement and peripheral biometrics signal processing
• Control systems design
• Deep understanding of hardware and software
• Management consulting, marketing and translation of scientific insights into business insights
• Experience in managing globally distributed analysis teams, especially India
• Deep understanding of signal processing, all aspects of spectral analysis, system identification, nonlinear systems, neural networks
• Deep understanding and “genius level” hands-on familiarity with MatLab, and key toolboxes
• Excellent ability in handling customers and clients
• Excellent presentation and articulation skills
• Ability to continuously manage projects, logistics, deadlines, delivery quality, productivity, and morale in a fast moving environment
• Ability to recruit and manage PhD, MS level personnel in electrical engineering, mathematics, and statistics
