Great Place for students, construction, business persons. The room is AVAILABLE Now. I have two room vacant. Call or email your phone number if you are serious. Q&A Section: No there is not a Living room. The only common shared areas are the entryways, 2 full bathrooms and Kitchen. Yes there is a washer and Dryer. Rooms are in a large two story private home owned by me and I live on the property. There is plenty of off-street parking.

1-4 week lease agreement available. The lease is renewed every time the rent is paid. I have renters that have been there for 2 yrs. Deposit 100% refundable once the lease conditions are met. I have plenty of references of former roommates. Please email you name and number or call. Thanks Wes

The room is approx. 12x14 with a large closet. All rooms have separate keyed locks. Currently renters share the upstair and Downstair bathrooms. Microwaves available on both floors. Washer and Dryer, propane grill is available for outdoor grilling and using side burner. The only other common areas are the Kitchen, hallways and stairways. There is very limited common or shared areas other than the kitchen and 2 bathrooms.

The neighborhood is mostly older homeowners with a few young families. No graffiti or security bars on the windows. It's a quiet safe clean place. Other renters are mostly older 30-45, stable mature adults. No drama or parties allowed or you will be evicted. Smoking outside only. I would consider a small indoor dog or cat on a trial basis if the other renters aren't bothered. If you are looking for a fairly priced safe quiet place to stay this is a good choice. If you party, cause drama or loudness, you won't fit.

The Longer the lease the less you pay.

4 weeks @ $85week plus $100/refundable deposit. Total move in cost $440.

3 weeks @$85/week $255 Plus Deposit $100 Total Move-in $355

2 weeks @ $85/week $170 Plus Deposit $100 Move-in $270

1 week @ $90/week Plus Deposit $100 Move-in Total $190

The deposit is refundable but only if a 2 week moving notice is given in advance. This allows me time to advertise and locate another roommate. If you move in with a 2 or 1 week lease agreement, you can increase the lease to 4 weeks to take advantage of the less expensive rent.
