ARPCO is currently in search of a few good professionals who have an established book of business and want to be part of a dynamic team.

Requirements for this position are as follows:
Two to three years of brokerage experience with a transaction oriented 3PL, brokerage or other logistics / transportation related business.
• Have an established book of business and the ability to start moving freight immediately
• Proven ability to successfully close business transactions.
• Highly proficient in negotiation and problem solving skills.
• Proven ability to communicate verbally in writing and electronically with a very high level of attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Windows, Excel and MS Office
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• The ability to work independently and as a part of a team with a high degree of enthusiasm, professionalism and motivation.
