Forensic Accounting/Litigation Business Development position.



Must be able to identify opportunities for investigations. Areas of target are but not limited to:



· Criminal Investigations

· Shareholder and Partnership Disputes

· Personal Injury Claims

· Business Interruption

· Fraud Investigation

· Matrimonial Disputes and Business Economic Losses

· Professional Negligence

· Mediation and Arbitration opportunities.



Qualifications:


* 3-8 years public accounting required
* B2B Sales experience
* CPA required
* Generalist background desired; experience with damage calculations, providing expert testimony, statistical background and litigation services experience required
* 3 years relationship building and business development
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Existing relationships with Attorneys and C-Level decision makers in MD, DE, VA territory
