I'm subleasing one bedroom and one bathroom in a 4/4 apartment. The apartment is in Boardwalk at Morris Bridge and located on Fowler near 75. Close to campus but not by all the heavy traffic. The rent for this apartment is 530 because it comes with a 52 inch flat screen television. Other amenities include Free High Speed Internet & Free Local Phone, Digital TV, with over 70+ channels and HBO is included with each bedroom, Fully Furnished Common Areas & Bedrooms, (black leather couches, large desks, etc.), washer, dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal and my favorite a 52 inch flat screen TV.
As far as the clubhouse goes, you have 24 hour access. It has a gym, tanning bed, pool tables, a theater room which can be rented out or used arbitrarily, a computer lab and many TVs which you can control. Also, the clubhouse has a pool and hot tub also available for 24 hour use. In case you haven’t heard, Boardwalk also has frequent pool parties attended by large Amounts of USF students. It truly is a great place to live and the only reason I am leaving is to transfer schools.
I have 3 other female roommates from the ages 18-20. They are clean nice girls who are all college students as well.
