Position Summary: Team Express Distributing (Football America, Baseball Express & Softball Sales) has immediate full time positions available for sports minded individuals looking to join a dynamic, growing team. The successful candidate will be given a geographic territory to grow existing team accounts and develop new team accounts. The accounts will consist of high school and / or youth coaches.

Team Express Distributing is rapidly growing into one of the largest and most extensive football, baseball, and softball equipment / uniform suppliers in the world. We represent lines such as Nike, Reebok, adidas, Under Armour, New Balance, Oakley, Russell, Schutt, Riddell, Rawlings, Wilson, Champion, Spalding, Douglas, and Majestic.

Primary Responsibilities: We are seeking highly motivated, intelligent, people oriented sporting goods sales representatives looking to grow and earn a substantial income with a rapidly growing company. A background in football, baseball, and/or softball is helpful.

Duties consist of:
•Coordinates and executes all sales activities (planning, prospecting, sales presentations, product demonstrations, closing, service, and follow-up) for accounts in assigned territory.
•Selects and directs sales efforts for targeted accounts. Maintains contact with key accounts that represent the major sales volume within the assigned territory.
•Plans and conducts regular sales meetings with assigned accounts to stay abreast of customer’s requirements and new sales opportunities.
•Taking orders and entering them into the companies’ computer system.
•Submits all required reports and fills all customer orders in an accurate and timely manner.
•Achieving targeted sales, profit, and expense goals for your territory.
•Resolving various billing and shipping inquiries.
•Answering stock and account inquiries.
•Building and maintaining solid customer relationships by visiting customers and prospects in designated territories to announce promotions, introduce new products, and recommend additional products to meet customer needs.
•Provide follow-up for order discrepancies and various clerical tasks associated with sales administration.
•Required to learn the technical aspects of our products through hands-on and classroom training and effectively communicate this information to team customers.
•Travel required in territory.
Qualifications: Four-year college degree. Excellent planning and organizational skills, self-motivated, and a positive attitude. Strong communications skills: verbal and written. Must demonstrate success understanding and conveying product information, team and goal oriented, proven ability to multi-task, successful problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities, attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
