Our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house sleeps 8 with 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, bunk beds and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. We have all the amenities including: a full kitchen with a microwave and dish washer, a jacuzzi, a screened porch, a sun deck, a washer and dryer, cable TV, a DVD player and more. Linens are provided and it's pet friendly. There's also a common area with grills for cookouts. * Rental rates increase 15% around major holidays. For each stay, there are other charges in addition to the rent and taxes etc.: a linen service fee of $75, a cleaning fee of $90 and if you bring a pet, the pet fee is $125.
