Finish out my lease which ends April 30, 2010. Newer home and very clean. Nice privacy fenced backyard and storage room. I am moving back to Ft. Hood with my husband and as much as we love San Antonio we can not afford two rent payments a month. This house is close to shopping, Highlands High school and Ft. Sam AND 10 MIN TO LACKLAND AFB !. its convienantly located too major highways and a quiet neighborhood. Not to mention that I have not had to pay for cable either = ). The landlord is VERY good with any needed repairs and is very professional. She does require an application fee ($35) and does not lease to broken leases or evictions. I paid $500 deposit but will only ask for $250 since I am only fulfilled half the term so you would make and extra $250 at the end plus the last 2 weeks in October free!
