Rate :- $19/Hr On W2

Job Description :-

I. Project Financial Management: Support line executives and finance in pricing, forecasting, tracking, and managing projects at the contract and portfolio levels, ensuring compliance to GAAP and Sarbanes Oxley reporting policy, and escalating issues / concerns as they are identified.
Manage project financials for multiple consulting engagements
Provide value added financial management, analysis, and advice to client engagement teams, managers, and/or executives to maximize the profitability of engagements
Perform special assignments for engagement executives (e.g. ad hoc reporting, costing and forecasting)
Assist with the preparation of project and program level financial reporting and internal financial accounting
Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, Sarbanes Oxley, finance policies and local statutory requirements
Process financial transactions in financial reporting system SAP
Work with internal accounting services team, to clarify/correct time, expense, and other financial questions/errors when identified to ensure accurate project financial reporting/forecasting
Assist with preparation of executive portfolio summary reports

II. Prepare and Deliver Client Billings: Support project teams in creation and delivery of monthly invoices.
Compile program level time and expense reports and distribute to the team
Prepare client billing estimates using actuals and feedback from engagement teams and executives
Work directly with project teams and executives to prepare, create, and deliver invoices for delivery to the client
Ensure timely invoice delivery to client being sensitive to specific client needs
Track client payments received and keep client engagement team executives aware of delinquent payments to push timely recovery of outstanding sales

III. Project Forecast Maintenance: Support project teams in forecasting, tracking, and managing projects at the contract level by maintaining contract level forecasts
