As a member of the Single Family Finance team, this individual will be responsible for the ongoing preparation and analysis of Single Family financial and business reporting. Included in these responsibilities , is the need to identify key drivers and trends that have or may influence changes - not only to AT & T Single Family business - but Fannie's overall financial projections, including changes in broader market conditions, accounting policy, pricing, and any new strategies the company may have or be considering initiating. Should be comfortable using both standard or non-standard financial analytical tools to make projections of prospective financial performance. May use advanced or proprietary analytical tools pertinent to very specific class of assets or more complex economic operating conditions.

Education Required Preferred

Bachelor Degree or Equivalent Master or Other Advanced Degree

Area of Study Finance, Business Administration, Finance

Certifications CPA

Minimum Experience

3+ years of related experience
