Requirements

-No prior experience is necessary (training will be provided)
-Sales, marketing, finance background preferred but not required
-Must be willing to be a mentor and provide on-going training to new and existing associates
-Must be able to run a presentation for a client at their place of business or home and tailor the presentation to the audience
-Must be able to prepare and follow detailed procedures and ensure accuracy in documentation and data
-Must be able to interpret client's statements and make recommendation based on their needs
-Must be willing to return emails and calls promptly
-Previous experience using PC, database system, and related software (Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, etc.).
-Excellent typing and keyboard skills.
-Excellent oral and written communication skills.
-Reliable transportation is required.
-Must set aside 6-10 hours a week for rigorous training.

Commissioned based only: $2,400-$3,200/month part time
Commissioned based only: $8,000-$12,000/month full time
