My name is Jen. I have a room available in a 2bed 1.5 bath apartment. I am renting out the master bedroom with half a bath and a decent size walk in square closet. The apartment is newly remodeled so everything is basically new. The complex have a pool, laundry facilities, gated community and recreation center. It's close to the main street/downtown of El Cajon. 5 minute walk down the street will get you to plenty of shops/stores/restaurants. 10minutes drive to Westfield Mall. 2minutes drive to freeway 8.. I am a quiet, respectful and neat person. I am not nitpicking but I do prefer a roommate who is clean and drama free to live with. No smoking, drinking, or wild parties. I am a flexible and laid back person who likes to help people and it would be nice to have a similar roommate. I am charging $600 for the room which includes utilities and internet. $250 deposit and available November 1.If you can't find a parking in the complex, there are plenty of street parking.
