I am graduating in December and am looking for a female sublet for a one bedroom in a three bedroom apt!
The lease runs until May so you will be renting from January 2010 until May 2010. I am willing to allow you to move in as early as December 21st at no charge!

It is located at 150 Campus Ave (two blocks West of Campus).

Rent is $359 (base rent) + $6 (cable) + $10 (parking) = $375/month
The only other thing you have to pay for is electric, which usually runs around $15-$20 a month...

There are three parking spots for our apt so you don't have to find parking on the street!
The apt is spacious, fairly new, and all utilities are up to date. The bedroom being rented out is a decent size with a bathroom across the hall.

It is a must see and a great deal! Especially with its location so close to campus!

My two roommates are very friendly and studious. One is a graduate student who is always studying or in Des Moines. The other will be graduating in December and is rarely there.

I will be moving out the Sunday after graduation. I am willing to pay all of December rent and allow you to move in as early as December 21st and you will not have to pay anything until January.
