The unit is a two-bedroom condo. We will be sharing the bathroom (located in the hallway). The room is bright, with a window and a large closet. You will have access to the kitchen, dining area and living room. Feel free to use whatever kitchen appliance you want, as long as you wash it and remember, you break - you replace. I have a second desk in the living room available for your use if you need it for work/study. There is wi-fi in the condo, along with cable tv. If you want an extension (tv) run into your room (there currently isn't one), you will have to pay for all fees. Otherwise, feel free to use the living room tv. I don't care if you work or go to school, as long as you can pay rent. Rent is due on the 1st of every month and this is a month-to-month situation. I do have to run a credit check/background check, the fee is $25 (you pay) unless you can provide one yourself. Street parking, but it's ample and always available. Conveniently located in downtown Glendale, behind two 24-Hour Fitnesses, restaurant row and a few blocks from the Glendale Galleria, Exchange and Marketplace, along with the Americana on Brand.

Available for viewing Monday, October 26 and available for move-in immediately after that.
