Female parrot 6 years old (DNA tested). Rated as a quiet parrot. Julie is a quiet sensitive bird and lives with her owner and 5 other birds. She has a sweet disposition and gentle nature. Pionus parrots are great for apartments since they have a calm personality and are relatively quiet. Julie is a great pet for a first time bird owner but she needs to be in a relatively calm environment with a caring and patient owner till she bonds to you. She likes to sit on my shoulder and here me whisper sweet nothings to her while she bobs her head in a yes motion as if to say you are entirely correct. Her cage is a King cage in great condition. 22x22 and around 5ft high on legs. Top door opens to a porch.
