Hey Ladies!!! My name is Jena. I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with special focus on Women's Fitness! My heart is for transforming lives by teaching my fellow femmes how to use exercise and nutrition to reshape not only your physique, but your mind too! We are what we eat yes, but we also are what we think!! I love to encourage and motivate, share and care...all while burning and blasting away pounds and negative attitudes. What is a Fearless Femme? Any woman who knows her worth is not dependent on the size of her jeans, whose beauty is built from the inside out, who isn't afraid to sweat and get down and dirty to build the body of her dreams. Lifting weights isnt just for the boys, ladies! We all need to build lean, sexy muscle to protect our bones, burn fat and give shape to our physiques. Wear that strapless dress with pride, forget about the flabby arms, soft middles and sagging rears. The treadmill routine gets tired, and ultimately ineffective. Tone up, tighten up and stand tall with me won't you? No matter what your physical fitness level is, no matter your experience or lack of, each client is beautifully individual to me. The Holiday Season is upon us - get a jumpstart on the battle of the bulge! Let me teach you tips and tricks to tackle temptations. The sugar cookies and cocoa will be making their annual assault, but WE can be on the high ground and not fall victim to their sugary schemes. I train out of AnyTime Fitness in St Peters and do in-home training as well. No gym membership required!
