I have years of experience specializing in rental cleaning between tenants.There is nothing that I have not already seen and cleaned! My team is highly detailed and thorough. There is nothing that I will not clean, I will even remove trash/furniture and shampoo your carpets. ( we have a commercial shampooer)
I do not charge hourly rates as that can quickly add up to more than what you were looking to pay. I have 4 different pricing packages that will let you know up front what your cost will be.
I provide my own supplies so there are no additional costs to you.
I can provide before and after pictures of previous rentals that I have cleaned as reference and you can also speak to the Property Manager of the company that I have exclusively cleaned for over the past few years.
Most cleaning services charge extra to clean inside stoves & refrigerators but I include these in all of my packages!
