We currently have many needs to fill with our clients; however this is a new urgent need to fill that we have been retained on that has a critical timeline. We have an urgent need for 2 experienced Conceptual Estimators. Both positions are open do to tremendous growth. Paid physical relocation for the right individuals.

Background:

* Highly recommend having a 4 year Construction Related degree.
* Must have 3+ years of Conceptual Budgeting experience
* Must have site-work budgeting experience
* Must have all trades take-off experience
* Prefer projects in the Retail, Shopping Center, Office, Medical, and Commercial areas.
* Project experience in the $2M - $20M range would be ideal
* Must have strong presentation skills

Duties:

* Estimating multiple projects in the $2M - $20M range
* Conceptual Estimating
* Preparation of Bid Packages
* Analyzing Bid Results
* Presentations
* Project Buy Outs
* All other typical Estimating duties

Package:

Base Salary - $70,000 - $85,000

Guaranteed Bonus

Profit Sharing Bonus

Paid Relocation

First 90 days housing allowance
