Doin' Chores - I do the chores that you cannot do or no longer want to do. I am also hired by children of seniors that do not want mom or dad up on ladders doing "anything". The following are just some of the services that I provide. If the job you need done is not listed here just call me and if I cannot do it I probably know of someone who can.Services:
1) Home Organization – I can help you get your home organized so that you do not have the "where did I put it syndrome?" saving you headaches, time and money.
2) Honey – do’s – changing light bulbs, hanging shelves / cabinets, installing new fans and/or light fixtures, changing door knobs (locks), pressure washing, repairing fencing, cleaning and/or organizing garage, hauling off unwanted items.
3) Aid in setting up for garage / estate sales
4) Can aid in the pricing of various items for sale. (formerly with auction house)
5) I am hired by the children of seniors since they are out of town or are very busy with their lives. (Don’t want your mother or father up a ladder changing light bulbs or cleaning ceiling fans?)
6) Rental property make-ready. ( no "flipping" homes)
6) Travel services – can be driver for all occasions, even out of town (must have 48hr notice for overnight travel).
Do not handle plumbing issues!
Not a “yard man” but can locate one for you.
