An individual with a minimum of a bachelor?s degree in construction and minimum 5 years of construction and development experience. It helps to have experience in other phases of real estate and the land development industry. Previous experience in Florida construction and development is essential. Personal characteristics include a high level of hard work and a low level of egocentricity. Pride in appearance and approach with friendly, informal presence. Current staff members work well together as a team and individually and would welcome a new partner in this environment.

Director of Construction and Developing reporting to the company president. Must reside in Gainesville, FL area. The position requires supervision of construction superintendents, intimate knowledge of costs and subcontracting in and around Alachua County and other nearby communities and familiarity with single family, multifamily and other residential construction management. Good computer skills important.
