We are seeking a person with experience marketing benefit plans to develop our marketing department. Ideally, this candidate will have specific experience marketing health benefit plans and/or experience in sales, marketing, human resources or medical and dental management. If you do not have experience in these areas, it will be difficult to assume responsibilities mentioned. We are a 17 YEARS OLD HEALTH CARE AND MARKETING COMPANY, so compensation will be ONLY via commissions based upon marketing revenue, and guaranteed by written agreement. We will discuss an equity position for the right person who can grow with this company. If you are seeking a conventional position with guaranteed salary this is NOT for you. Work from your home or office and hours are flexible. Leads will be supplied and we hope the candidate will have some ideas about marketing targets. This may develop into a substantial income source, depending upon the ability of the marketing director. Because this is an insurance-type plan, there will be a renewal income stream in future years. Good computer and written and oral communication skills are essential.
