You will have 5 other awesome roommates, access to a pool, jacuzzi, and laundry area as well.
If you would like to share this room with someone else, we are fine with that as well (so you can split the rent, and it would be $365 per person + utilities and split the deposit).
The roommates study really late sometimes, but your room is far apart from the other room, and it's in a rather secluded area.You will share the bathroom, with one other person.
