Our Call Center Representative's will provide exceptional customer service and support to providers, members and clients for both exclusive and non-exclusive business. As a Call Center Representative, you will responsible for providing claims service support, over the phone, in a timely, consistent and courteous manner to all areas of the assigned department. Responsibilities will include assisting providers, members and clients by answering questions regarding their benefits and claims submissions.
This assignment duration is expected to last until the end of February 2010. All qualified applicants must have at least one year of continuous call center experience. Qualified applicants must have Good Telephone Etiquette, Customer Service, & Analytical Skills.
Schedule
Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 7:30 pm
• This assignment will begin on 10/19/2009 & 11/09/09.
Required
• High School Diploma/GED
• 1-2 years office experience (preferred)
• Customer service experience (preferred)
