Features & Description

PURPOSE:

Provide training for new and existing customer service personnel.

KEY RESPONSBILITIES:

A. Support and adhere to SmileMakers’ Vision and Values Statement.
B. Offer technical and conceptual training for all new customer service personnel.
C. Plan and conduct all training sessions (groups range from 1-25 associates).
D. Evaluate and update all department training manuals.
E. Maintain On-Line Data Binder.
F. Assist at the support desk as necessary.
G. Monitor performance (calls, error details, etc.) for quality assurance and coordinate training accordingly.
H. Produce organizational strategy and plans to meet training and development needs while considering budget. Manage training delivery, measurement, and follow-up as necessary.
I. Conduct monthly New Associate Orientation sessions.
J. Have a proficient knowledge of all areas within the department in order to provide back up when necessary.
K. As a part of the support group to the call center, you will be responsible for opening/closing as needed.

A. Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience.
B. Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Order processing systems.
C. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures.. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
D. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
E. To perform this job successfully, an individual should have in depth knowledge of Controller + Order processing systems.
