The home based Customer Service and Sales Agents work out of their own home. They receive inbound calls from customers interested in ordering products. The Home Agent takes customer orders, provides additional product information and is responsible for sales.

We provide paid training. Our Pay Rate: $9.00 hour

Candidate Skills Profile: Minimum 2 years of Customer Service Experience – preferably work at home or call center, looking for part-time or full-time work; knowledge of basic computer operations/technical knowledge - routers, IP addresses, toggling between screens, URL’s, Browser’s, Email, & Instant Message systems; willingness to work weekends & rotate shifts, as needed; ability to learn; courteous with strong customer service orientation; dependable with proficient attention to detail; good listening and responding skills; must be flexible with the ability to adapt to changes quickly and think conceptually; possess insight into self and others; solid problem solving skills; voice/tone - ability to speak clearly; self responsibility (being late or not showing for interviews, follow thru on task provided); ability to multi task; self-motivated.
