The Position: Customer Service Representative

THE ROLE:

VitalChek is looking for well spoken, dynamic individuals for our inbound Customer Service Representative positions. These are both full time and part time positions. The successful candidate will provide superior customer service over the phone. Candidates must be committed to excellence, customer savvy, passionate about the work that they do, and eager to work in a fast paced, changing environment.

SHIFTS:

Open 24 hours – Various Shifts

TRAINING:

Our training will last one week. Training hours are Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 1:00pm.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

The following detailed responsibilities reflect the need to meet the customer service demands of this rapidly growing company:

• Answer a high volume of inbound customer service calls
• Troubleshoot customer inquiries in a quick, decisive and courteous manner
• Take ownership for individual statistics and other call center productivity and quality metrics
• Support and demonstrate commitment to quality principles
• Take responsibility to ensure each customer interaction is exceptional
• Accept coaching and feedback
• Interact positively with other team members
• Adhere to schedule
• Follow call guidelines
• Utilize a headset for fielding phone calls while typing notes at the same time
• Participate in special projects and performs additional duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS:

• A minimum of 1-3 years customer service experience.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal phone etiquette skills.
• Strong computer application skills including MS Windows, MS Word and MS Outlook
• Ability to integrate rapidly with an existing team
• Strong oral/written communications skills
• Must be decisive, results oriented
• Demonstrated ability as a creative thinker and problem resolution skills
• Able to maintain a positive attendance record.
• MUST PASS BACKGROUND AND CREDIT CHECK
• MUST PASS DRUG TEST
