We need good, honest, and dependable customer service representatives! We are rearranging our call center and need several customer service representatives, which are looking for a long lasting opportunity of working with a fast growing company in Springville. The product you will be working with is a social networking software, that is in huge demand right now as being the best way to help your business grow, at the least cost.

WHAT KIND OF CALLS YOU WILL BE TAKING:

Inbound disgruntled customers about their bill, or service.

Calling back customers that left messages that need assistance.

Will also help a lot of customers by email as well.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

You must be knowledgeable with general customer service practices, have basic computer skills, be a quick learner, and know how to work with Fire fox, Gmail, and Gdocs. (You will be tested on you customer service skills)
