Growing Tech Firm seeking experienced customer service /sales rep for immediate hire

Taking lead emails from potential patients and turning that into a sale!
Servicing existing customers and answering queries,
Building good customer relationships via phone, emails, faxes and mail
Receiving and handling inquiries
Maintaining customer order files
Informing customers on order status, shipment information, arrival notices etc
