Growing North Hills company is looking to fill a full time CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT position. As a regional leader in on-site electro-mechanical service with national aspirations we are looking for the right results orientated candidate to help us reach our goals.Job Summary
In this position your duties will include listening to customer needs and gathering appropriate information based on customer situations. Identify any customer's objections and provide the appropriate options all in the effort to find a solution for the customer. In addition, you will monitor the progress of service work and respond to the appropriate service issues. You will also provide support to other operational divisions.
The successful candidate will utilize all resources needed to effectively dispatch service technicians and service customers. This could include monitoring automated dispatch, manual dispatch, resource management, transferring assets, contacting outside service providers, etc. Respond to and complete customer service calls, in addition to any other needed service technician calls such as inquiries, incidents, paperwork issues, general questions, etc. Monitor customer service calls in progress.
Hourly pay rate is commensurate with experience.
General Requirements
High school diploma/G.E.D. Ability to operate current Windows-based computers and Microsoft Office productivity software. Ability to lift 25 lbs. Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 25 lbs. with appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another person. Good human relations and communication skills.
