Job Description

Provide Customer support to the Vice President of the IT department and county offices.
Make travel arrangements including booking airlines, hotel and ground transportation
Act as liaison between travel agency and staff, answering phones, and scheduling meetings.
Create and distribute departmental memos relating to proper company procedures.
Provide new employees with all office needs.
Interface with auditors on site.
Travel to several counties and handle issues with computers and applications.

Education Qualification/Requirements

Four year college degree.

10 or more years experience supporting high level executives, and 5 or more years supporting multiple managers.

Proficient in MS Office Suite and Outlook software.

Ability to set priorities and respond to changing demands from multiple sources.

Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and teamwork skills.
