Position Description

- Handling incoming calls

- Troubleshooting customer issues

- Processing trouble tickets and orders with various wholesale providers

Position Qualifications

Applicants must have prior telecom experience, excellent customer service skills, capability to effectively troubleshoot POTS, ISDN, DSL and T1 services and the ability
to work in a fast-paced environment. Working knowledge of Verizons Web GUI a plus. Shift work will be required of all new hires.
