My husband and I both recently lost our jobs and we can no longer pay for our apartment home. We are relocating out of state and looking to sublet the rest of our lease agreement and apartment.
Apartment is furnished, with sofa, TV/entertainment stand, 27' TV w/ DVD player, dining table w/ chairs, queen bed, bedroom dresser, night stands, computer desk, printer/scanner, DELL desktop computer STACK.
(We are leaving and/or selling all of these items on a first come first serve basis, serious applicants inquire ASAP can keep everything in the apartment, we just need to sign our lease to a new tendant.)

OCTOBER'S rent/bills are paid! We are leaving OCTOBER 19, 2009. You can move in on that date. Credit check is required! $60 application fee for credit check and you must sign the official lease through the apartment management. (My husband and I had good credit when we signed the lease so we didn't have to pay any extra deposits, depending on your credit you may/may not have to pay an extra fee? It is a case by case basis)
