I am graduating this Fall and am looking for someone, preferably a UCB student, to take over my lease for a bright and spacious bedroom (single room! not shared!) in a two-bedroom apartment four blocks south of campus (on Dwight between Dana and Ellsworth). My male apartment-mate may or may not move out after December as well, so the other room may become available (should know for sure within next couple of weeks).

-Available semi-furnished (willing to sell or give away stuff) or unfurnished depending on what you prefer
-Room has access to balcony (good for BBQing or just sitting and reading)
-Good sized windows away from street
-Spacious closet in room (with additional storage space in common area)
-Carpeted floors
-Common area shared with only 1 other person: dining/living space, kitchen, and bathroom
-$850/month. First, last, and $1000 deposit needed upon move-in. Preference to those who can pay for entire semester up front.
-Parking space in garage available for $100/month
-Garbage and water included, just pay half of PG&E and Comcast
-Coin laundry in building
-Very helpful building manager

Move-in date as early as after finals (around December 19th).
