Contract AdministratorQualifications:
* Superior working knowledge of Microsoft Office with ability to compose professional documents with grammatical accuracy;
* The ability to develop and maintain rapport with client management and to establish and maintaining strong working relationships that allow you to successfully manage your customer’s expectations;
* The ability to work collaboratively to achieve team goals;
* Experience keeping clients, superiors and peer’s informed based on their individual role and needs by effectively communicating activities and status updates for 10-15 projects.
Experience:
* 3-5 years as a buyer (purchasing agent) in the construction industry with prior foodservice/commercial kitchen construction experience preferred. Expeditor experience would also prove helpful. Working knowledge of kitchen manufacturers and equipment and the construction change order process is strongly preferred;
* Working knowledge of blueprints preferred, but will train;
* Basic accounting and above average math skills required.
Education:
* Associates degree to equivalent experience required.
