Founded by renowned stylist Roy Teeluck in mid 2003 and located in the heart of Manhattan, Roy Teeluck Salon has opened on October 2009 a new location in Downtown Miami, FL. It offers a relaxing environment where clients come not only for beauty boosts but for some lighthearted fun!
We are setting to bring together some of the most talented colorists and stylists in Miami. Roy Teeluck Salon services include stylish hair cuts, beautiful hair color, hair extensions, as well as brow shaping, manicures, relaxers, Japanese straightening, make-up and day spa. Closed on Sundays. Non-smoking and drug free workspace. Free Parking space for clientele.

*****JOB RESPONSABILITIES
-Perform hair care services such as Shampoo, Color, Highlights/Balayage, Relaxer, Perm, Hair treatments
-Perform all duties as deemed necessary for the success of the Salon with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy
-Promote and sell spa/salon services and retail products.
-Seek to provide refined luxury service ensuring guest satisfaction
-Follow directions thoroughly
-Excellent communication and exceptional customer service skills are required, as well as knowledge of current hair styles and processes
-Promote salon services through networks using the tools at your disposal (Business card, Internet)

*****SALARY (paid the 1st and 15th of the month)

-Career plan up to salon owner (Technician Supervisor, Assistant Manager, Salon Manager); additional commission following title.
-Ongoing training provided free of charge by the Company and annual training by Roy Teeluck at the Miami or New York location.

*****JOB REQUIREMENTS
-Florida Barber & Cosmetologist License (We help candidate to convert from other state license)
-Minimum 2 years experience (apprentice included) in Coloration
-Experience and perform one of others services provided at the salon will be a plus (Cut/Design, Extensions, Manicure, Day spa,...)
-Willing to work overtime and have flexible hours
-Communicate is English (Spanish and others language will be a plus) using clear and professional language
-Ability to multi-task, evaluate priorities in various situations and positive attitude to increase business
