Responsibilities:

Sales are a big part of this job. Supervise daily clinic operations; monitor staff training and performance and conduct consultations with potential patients/clients. The Clinic Manager is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the clinic that includes the following, but is not limited to:

• Drive sales
• Coaching and developing of staff
• Outbound marketing strategies
• Monitor staff training and performance
• Conduct consultations
• Maintain financial records
• Ensure time sheets are approved
• Promote a friendly, warm and exceptional customer experience

Qualifications:

To qualify for the Clinic Manager position, the ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience
• Two or more years in sales or personal services
• One or more years in sales management
• Proven leadership skills with a history of motivating a team to achieve sales goals
• Experience in a medical environment is a plus
• Experience in retail sales is a plus
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite and Internet Explorer based applications
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
