6 Months Contract in Hartford, CT 06106

Local candidates and permanent residents only eligible for this role

Rate :- $15/Hr On W2

Note :- Travel: Will require travel to Manila, Philippines (1-2 trips required of 2-3 weeks in duration per trip)

Job Description :-

Responsible for managing day-to-day claims operations (Manila) and leading ongoing stabilization effort, with specific accountabilities for meeting service levels and incremental improvement targets.
Work with the onsite leadership team to develop standards and protocols to establish daily, weekly, and monthly management communications to the account and client leadership. Implement industry best practices to monitor and track individual performance and process improvements

Required Skills :-

Demonstrated claims and operations experience, with minimum of 2 years of experience managing a claims operation; outsourcing experience and/or experience managing an offshore workforce preferred, but not required.
