Old Orchard Health Care Center is located on Freemansburg Avenue in Easton. We are conveniently located near Route 33, Interstate 78 and Route 22 and provide skilled nursing care and rehabilitation.

Our 60-bed MedBridge Unit includes a new rehabilitation gym with state-of-the-art equipment and internet cafe. This unit is designed for the short-term patient that is transitioning between hospital and home. Typical MedBridge patients may need IV therapies, wound care, orthopedic and joint replacement rehabilitation, as well as stroke recovery.

Our in-house therapists provide physical, occupational and speech therapies with positive outcomes for those recovering from illness, injury or surgery.

Job Summary:

HCR ManorCare provides a range of services, including skilled nursing care, assisted living, post-acute medical and rehabilitation care, hospice care, home health care and rehabilitation therapy.

As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant / COTA, you will perform occupational therapy programs under general supervision of an Occupational Therapist. Assist in administering programs involving functional skills. Instruct, motivate and assist residents in learning and improving functional skills.
