BARRE BODY BASICS- Learn how to get a long lean dancers body. Its LA & NY’s latest celebrity work out craze. If you love Pilates or Dance, this is your work out. By using your own body resistance you learn how to strengthen and tone the hardest parts of a woman’s body: Triceps, Abs, Butt & Thighs! This class is for all levels and beginner friendly. Mat is required for the class. 60 min workshop.

EXOTIC BODY BASICS- Come learn the exotic dance essentials. This workshop is a combo class of exotic dance basics focusing on self confidence, body awareness, and exotic dance moves . A little mini routine is added so that you have some to practice with for any special occasions you have coming up! Great for workout and a hot item for that special someone. This class is for all levels and beginner friendly. 90 min workshop.
