Coral Stone uses computerized CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines, which give us the ability to provide our customers with the custom profile and designs they need without the high cost of creating custom molds. This saves you money in labor cost of building a custom mold.
Coral Stone / Owner John Stenke has over 25 years of construction and mold making experience, which is a great advantage. John works directly with your builder and Architects to assist in creating your dream. There is no additional charge to our customers for consulting because we believe the relationship and the communication is a vital role in creating your dream home.
We manufacture light-weight, GFRC (glass fiber reinforced concrete) and heavy weight products to represent cast limestone, coral stone and travertine. Our mission is to provide natural cast products that look and perform like natural cut stone at prices lower than other manufacturers. Our proprietary casting process allows us to create light-weight cast stone in almost any shape or size for a more cost effective product. This greatly expands the applications of cast limestone and saves in job site installation time and smaller crew sizes.
Whether a large commercial project or small home improvement. Our in-house designer works closely with architects, designers, general contractors, and homeowners to assist each client in “value engineering” and visualizing their projects. All of the designs and drawings are done on CAD with details that are provided for the architect, builders or home owner for there approval. Our CAD programs and machines can work directly with the file extensions from your Architects blueprint (DFX). This gives the drafting department the capability to easily duplicate drawings or make changes. The mold department is a critical part of the Coral Stone. As the owner of this business I, John Stenke, have over 25 years of experience as a builder. I have specialized in historical restoration of stone and masonry buildings. I am also a Master Molds Maker; my sons are following in my foot steps to continue this business and my trade. Our molds making is a true craft and our experience in using wood, plaster fiberglass, and rubber to achieve the desired shapes.

Most of the mold shapes in architectural stone is computer cut from EPS foam. This saved the high cost of mold making process where custom means this saves you money. Reducing the human labor cost and let the machines do the work.
Even better yet you can get any custom shape and a standard price. Many companies have a catalog of shape to choose from and they will build you your very own custom shape but you’re going to get charged highly for this.
