A professional car wash company on the cutting edge of innovation in both concept and technology for car washing is looking for highly motivated individuals to lead our brand new location. Our operating format features quick, high quality, low cost exterior car washes with free Customer vacuuming.

Ideal candidates will have had hands-on experience managing day-to-day operations. Some important skills we require are results-oriented focus, hiring & training experience, leadership ability, and ability to work independently. Previous car wash experience is helpful but not required. Mechanical aptitude is a huge plus.

Job Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years management experience over staff of at least 3.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Proven interpersonal management skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
• Problem solving & decision making skills.
• Income/expense management.
