We need a campus rep! Subleaser.com (go check it out) is the newest and easiest way for college students to "Get In or Get Out" of their current lease. UF has one of the largest enrollments in the country, therefore you will have one of the largest earnings potential of any of our campus reps. Subleaser.com charges a fee for every listing generated through the website. You will receive a commission for every listing associated with UF. This position can take as little or as much time as you are willing to give. Marketing materials will be mailed to you upon your agreement with subleaser.com. All you have to do is post these materials on and around campus. Then sit back and for every listing associated with Penn State, you will receive a commission.

You are probably wondering why we need to outsource this work? Subleaser.com is a national service that caters to every college in the US. We are not based in Gainseville and need somebody to physically distribute out marketing materials around campus. In return, for every listing generated, we will pay a commission. This is a job that you can basically do in a day and then sit back and watch the listings roll in. Over time, the fliers you post will get removed so you will just need to replace them as necessary to ensure the listings continue to come in. There is "very little" time and effort involved in this job but the earnings potential is very high.

Currently, we are charging a low fee for every listing but with your agreement to become a campus rep, we are willing to increase that fee to increase the commission you will receive.
