How it works:

1990-2005 Ford 4.6L, 5.4L, and 6.8L Spark Plug Hole Repair and other Foreign Car/Truck Aluminum Heads. (Toyota, Nissan, Honda etc.)

Stripped hole is carefully bored out and cleaned.
Solid Busing Insert is installed, that is designed to lock into place For a Permanent Repair (unlike Helicoil which is more like a spring, and may come out when pulling the spark plug out).
Plug and Coil are replaced.
Repair is Tested and checked with Computer
Your Stripped Spark Plug hole is better than original.
No Failures in 10 Years

In Shop Cost of Repair is $350 (Plus Coil and Plug)
Mobile Service is an additional $50 (within 25 mile Radius of Oakley, CA).
Same Day Service (During Business Hours) if brought to shop in Oakley (Towing can be arranged).

Note: This Repair is a permanent repair for stripped Spark Plug Holes, It will not fix any other existing problems with Engines. We warrant only the Installation of the Insert.
If hole has been repaired before and we have to oversize the hole, it is possible there is not enough metal to do the procedure and no warranty is expressed or implied.
